ProWine 2000 is a fully automatic multi-functional unit that integrates rinsing, nitrogen filling, filling, corking and aluminum cap sealing. It is dedicated to the fully automatic filling production of wine. The integrated design can save space in the factory, improve the utilization rate of the factory, save more manual workload and labor costs, and avoid secondary pollution during the filling process.
Between the bottle rinsing and filling procedures, the nitrogen filling function is added to reduce the oxidation degree of the wine during the bottling process. Adopting the low vacuum filling principle and filling against the bottle wall, the wine will not choke or foam, and the liquid level will be consistent after filling.
